WASHINGTON — The House Appropriations Committee today approved the fiscal year 2023 State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs bill on a 32 to 24 vote.

In total, the bill provides $64.57 billion, which is $8.475 billion above 2022 – an increase of 15 percent. The legislation:
