Today, House Appropriations Committee Ranking Member Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) and House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member Angie Craig (MN-02) released the following statement concerning the Trump administration’s illegal move to withhold available Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits in November.
The House of Representatives voted to participate in the Conference Committee to finalize the fiscal year 2026 Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies; Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies; and Legislative Branch funding bills.
