The House today passed, on a 224 to 196 vote, the fiscal year 2020 Financial Services and General Government appropriations bill. The legislation provides annual funding for the Department of the Treasury, the Judiciary, the Executive Office of the President, and other independent agencies, including the Small Business Administration.
