During today’s House Appropriations subcommittee markup of the 2027 Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies funding bill, House Democrats highlighted how the bill would raise costs on American farmers, cut assistance to hungry families, and defund programs that support rural communities.
