WASHINGTON — The House Appropriations Committee today approved the fiscal year 2023 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies bill on a 32 to 24 vote.

For 2023, the bill provides $242.1 billion, an increase of $28.5 billion – 13 percent – above 2022. With this historic increase, the legislation:
