House Appropriations Committee Ranking Member and Chair of The Tortured Topline Department Rosa DeLauro (D-CT-03) released a fact sheet on House Republicans’ attempts to shortchange American families. Considering the cuts detailed yesterday, this fact sheet calls for nothing less than a one percent increase in both nondefense and defense funding, consistent with what both parties already agreed to.
