Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development, held a public oversight hearing to explore the successes, challenges, and innovations of the Department of Energy's (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
