Working with Chairman Culberson and the members of the subcommittee, we have crafted a bill that will address the funding needs for military construction and family housing for our troops and their families as well as other quality of life construction projects. I think there were only two items by members on my side that weren't included in the mark.

"We all know that the VA can and should improve the service and support it provides to our veterans, and we must work together to address the huge challenges facing the department."
